On 22 September 2018 took place the 1° edition of the Luigi Mangialardi Cup, to the Levante racetrack, in Binetto.
The event has been organized by the Politecnico University of Bari and Bosch and has been dedicated to Luigi Mangialardi, professor of the Politecnico University and precursor of the Formula SAE project, passed away recently.
The idea of Formula SAE project is to allow the students of all Politecnico Universities in Italy to have a discussion about design and realization of a race car.
