More than 50 years of experience

Molitecnica Sud is an engineering company founded in Altamura, in Italy, by Giuseppe Pellicola (Italian Knight of Labor), with the aim of building machines for the milling industry. Subsequently, the Pellicola’s family has put together several companies and a network of partners included in Gruppo Pellicola, to carry on the same passion for the work of its founder, but with the more global vision of spreading the Italian food culture in the world. Today, thanks to these synergies created, Molitecnica Sud is able to supply, in addition to tailor-made milling plants, also solutions for industrial pasta factories, solutions for sugar factories, solutions for granular and floury products (storage, dosing, mixing, transport, etc...) and auxiliary machines.

Tailor-made and 100% Made in Italy

The customized design is the flagship of the services package offered by Molitecnica Sud. The company analyzes the specific needs of customers all around the world, through the preliminary analysis, to provide tailor-made and specifically developed solutions, also thanks to the close collaboration with the Research and Development department. Furthermore, the engineering process, as well as the production, takes place exclusively in Italy: in fact all the solutions are 100% Made in Italy certified. Finally, there are the classic maintenance and technical assistance pre and post sale services (available in teleassistance), but also the staff training to manage the plants provided and the study of the milling diagram, in the case of the mills.

The certifications of Molitecnica Sud are an indication of quality and seriousness. The presence on the international market commits the company to respect the Quality Management and Organizational System.

ITPI - MADE IN ITALY 100% CERTIFACATE

The Institute for the Protection of Italian Producers has issued the “Made in Italy 100% Certificate” to the company. Registration no. IT01.IT/2129.118.V certifies that Molitecnica Sud is a certified mark meeting the requirements of the IT01 system – 100% Original Italian Quality. It is valid in the field of equipment and machinery for mills, feed mills, pasta factories and bakeries.

UNI-EN-ISO 1090-1:2009+A 1:2011

It describes the requirements and modalities for the affixing of the CE Marking, according to the European Regulation (EU) n. 305/2011. It is also known as “Execution of steel and aluminum structures Part 1: Requirements for conformity assessment of structural components”.

PROCESSING CENTRE No 2510/13

As a workshop for the production of metal carpentry, Molitecnica Sud meets the requirements of the standard for steel processing. In accordance with the DM: 14 January 2008, which defines the “technical standards for construction”. This thanks to the certificate of denunciation of the activity of processing center No. 2510/13.
