- Preliminar Analysis: The pasta-making plant, following the functional and engineering analyses, highlighted the lack of specific machines for the recovery of pulp waste.
Solution Proposal
We decided to integrate a system of recovery of pulp waste at the plant located in Mauritania. It is the result of the studies of our Research & Development department and is able to recover the pasta scraps, shred them and put them back into the production line.
The system consists of a Shredder, Vertical Grinder Blades, classifier Plansifter with pneumatic system. The system allowed to reduce waste by 5%.
