Solution Proposal
We decided to design a sugar selection system. It is composed of Big Bag Discharger, Plansifter, Transport System and Horizontal Grinder Blades.
The Plansifter, which receives the product from the Big Bag Discharger, performs a select granulometric sugar. The discarded one passes through the Grinder to be refined and reach the desired size.
The sugar is then stored in the silos through a Transport System.
