- Preliminar Analysis: The existing milling plant, following functional and engineering analyses, highlighted the lack of enough space for the integration of a new machine.
Solution Proposal
It is a 6-step mill with a production capacity of 14.5 tons in 24 hours for the milling of durum wheat and common wheat, designed and produced by Molitecnica Sud.
The design area was involved to analyze the available spaces, optimizing them to the best. So we designed a space-saving positioning system.
The Indent Cylinder Separator has been integrated into the system, placing it on a customized metal structure, fixed to the ceiling of the existing metal structure.
