More than 50 years of experience

Molitecnica Sud is an engineering company founded in Altamura, Italy, by Giuseppe Pellicola (Italian Knight of Labor), with the aim of building machines for mills. Subsequently, the management of the company was passed on to his four sons, who also expanded the offer to new sectors besides milling, namely those of industrial pastification and storage. Today, the third generation of the Pellicola family works to carry on the same passion for the work of its founder, but with a more global vision: that of “spreading italian food culture in the world”.

Group and solutions

To achieve great results and goals in the world, the Pellicola family has built a group of companies and a network of partners included in Pellicola Group. Thanks to the collaboration with several companies, Molitecnica Sud is able to offer complete solutions for the food industry. In addition to complete mills, the company also supplies complementary plants for the pasta and couscous industry, plants for the granular and floury products industry (storage, transport, dosing, control, etc…) and auxiliary machines. Molitecnica Sud, together with its partners, is committed to the national and international market. The company is able to meet the needs of customers from all over the world. Specifically, we have marked our presence not only in Italy, but also in Eastern Europe (especially the Balkan area), the African continent (especially the Maghreb area) and the Middle East. There are also requests from Latin America and Central Asia, thanks to collaborations with the companies of the group.

100% Made in Italy

The results achieved on the global market are also thanks to the 100% Made in Italy certification obtained by the company. The Institute for the Protection of Italian Manufacturers certifies that the solutions offered by Molitecnica Sud meet the requirements of the system “IT01 – 100% Original Italian Quality”. This means that we produce our machines and plants exclusively in Italy; in addition, the institution certifies the high quality of the materials used and the work, hygiene and safety. Customized design

Molitecnica Sud offers a rich package of services: staff training for systems management and study of the flux diagram for all the complete plants. There are also the classic pre- and post-sales maintenance and technical assistance services, including remote assistance. The flagship is undoubtedly customized design. In fact, we do not deal with standard projects, but rather with tailor-made solutions. To do this, we analyze the needs of each customer, thanks to the preliminary analysis service. R&D and 4.0/5.0 industry

Our solutions are the result of continuous research in the sector, which is why the Research & Development department is fundamental. Molitecnica Sud provides an R&D certificate for the plants and acts as a “solution provider”. In addition, the company has embraced Industry 4.0/5.0 to make its plants highly technological. In fact, it is possible to request projects with sensor technology capable of providing real-time data on production, safety and machine status. Finally, we offer automation solutions, integrating electrical panels for supervision, remote management and assistance of plants.

The company pay-off, “sensations’ search around you”, is the result of a series of actions aimed at supporting the search for the customer’s true need. Molitecnica Sud built a package of services and a group of companies to assist them at every stage and satisfy them as best we could. Finally, we infused this concept into a video, searching for the sensations gathered from the beauty of our land, the everyday life of healthy food and the joy of children. The same emotions have always animated our company.
