FLOUR SILO FEEDING SYSTEMS
• From tanker truck (tube with quick coupling and safety devices);
• By manual bag emptying (metal hoppers for manual emptying of flour into bags);
• By big bag emptying machine (metal structure suitable for suspending big bags to be easily emptied in multiple uses);
• By combined system (this is the solution that involves loading silos by hopper and big bags emptying).
FLOUR STORAGE SYSTEMS
• Silos with smooth painted carbon steel sheets (internally finished with food-grade epoxy-polyamide paint);
• Silos with smooth stainless steel plates;
• Bolted or monolithic silos;
• Insulated silos for outdoor installation (thermal insulation with glass wool on Kraft paper pressboard Polyurethane foam panel);
• Trevira® fabric silos (indoor silos with antistatic fabric bag and hot-dip galvanised steel structure).
PRESS FEEDING SYSTEMS
• Multiple distributor mixers (mixes and levels the flour by means of a rotating reel, ensures self-cleaning and guarantees even distribution of the product to the various outlets);
• Tubolar screw feeder extractors (used to extract the flour from the silos or multiple distributors);
• Rotary air lock (with fluidising flow, for feeding and discharging flour products in pneumatic conveying systems);
• Micro feeders (for volumetric dosing or in combination with weighing with load cells of micro ingredients);
• Flow control and management scales (measuring or controlling the flow of flour products and recipe management).
FLOUR CONTROL SYSTEMS
• Single-case plansifter (block with several sieves for flour control screening);
• Rotating sifter (centrifugal rotary action flour reject safety sifter);
• Vibrosifter (flour control for small capacities);
• Exterminator (vertical or pneumatic and horizontal or by gravity, to eliminate pests in the flour by centrifugal force).
PNEUMATIC CONVEYING SYSTEMS
• Pressing system (positive pressures: the flour product is fed into a tube and pushed by the pressure generated by a blower);
• Aspiration system (negative pressures: the flour product is fed into a tube and drawn in by a blower or pneumatic filter);
• Aspirating/pressuring system (this is the combination of the previous technologies with a single blower).
GRINDING AND SCRAP RECOVERY SYSTEMS FOR DRY PASTA
• Automatic system for recovering and shredding of waste from long pasta lines;
• Automatic system for recovering and shredding of waste from short pasta lines;
• Recovery and shredding of waste from long and short pasta lines loaded manually and automatically (bags, bigbags or loose);
• Grinding system (roller or blade) and classification of pasta scraps ground by sifter.
COUSCOUS TRANSPORT, STORAGE AND SELECTION SYSTEMS
• Couscous transport system from the production lines;
• Couscous selection system with sifters;
• Couscous storage, extraction and conveying to packaging.
